List Skool communities
Effects: read, external_api, requires channel skool
List the Skool communities (groups) the connected account is a member of: id, name and display name of each. Pass group_id to also get that community's rules (the titles of its rules page) - read them before posting. Use the ids as posts.publish's destination and in messages.send recipients 'skool:user:<user id>@<community id>'.
