List every block the platform assembles into an agent's system prompt: id, kind, order and whether it can be disabled or rewritten.

Return the agent's prompt-block overrides layered on the workspace's: which blocks are disabled and which have custom text.

Replace the agent's prompt-block overrides. Send the complete desired set; blocks not listed revert to the workspace default.
